One style that helps is one that changes the nameplates of Fel Explosive orbs to be bigger/flashing/etc so you can quickly target them to ST down before they explode. One small thing that folks should really look into with ElvUI is that you can set special Style Filters for nameplates. Or (as I like to do)- with a mouse that has only 2 side buttons you can map Lctrl and Lalt to them. As for F1-Fx usage in conjunction with modifiers- you can map function keys to mouse buttons (if you have one with a lot of side buttons). But probably not worth the trouble of the threat of addon clashes, troubleshooting and figuring out why it doesn't look or function 100% as you'd like.ĮlvUi is updated very very fast - usually have functioning beta versions too. Oh, and I strongly dislike the change to the action bars, maybe there's a mod to put them back to the way they were, it really screws up the way I have my mouse configured for the game. Many years ago I used to use a different UI and mods, I think they were called CT Mods.? Not sure if that's still around. I've tried this addon four or five times over the years and I can just never get used to it, so I always revert to the stock UI.
